New Horror, Thriller and Fantastic Film Collection Now Streaming on Amazon Prime Video

Amazon today announced a new feature film collection to the Prime Video catalog now available to stream. The collection includes official selection films from festivals focused on horror, thriller and fantastic films. These films were published to Prime Video directly by filmmakers or rights holders through the Prime Video Direct (formerly Amazon Video Direct) self-publishing program which enables rights holders to make their content available to Prime members and earn royalties based on customer engagement.

The official selections from film festivals featuring horror, fantastic and thriller content now available to stream on Prime Video include:

· Coherence

· WE NEED TO TALK About Kevin

· The Man from Nowhere

· From the Dark

· Man from Reno

· The Returned

· Avenged

· Bedevilled

· The Greasy Strangler

The horror, thriller and fantastic film collection joins a great selection of niche festival content available on Prime Video, including:

- Outfest Film Festival: Featuring over 55 films, including Ander, Beautiful Something, and G.B.F., the Outfest Film Festival collection celebrate stories of LGBT lives.

- Award-Winning Shorts: Over 100 award-winning short films from festivals including the Tribeca Film Festival and Toronto International Film Festival, are available to stream at no extra cost to Prime members.

- The Pan-African Film Festival: Prime members can also enjoy over 35 films that showcase the broad spectrum of Black creative works, particularly those that reinforce positive images and help destroy negative stereotypes, from the Pan-African Film Festival including: Devil in the Detail, All About You and #LoveSwag.

Prime members will be able to stream the films via the Prime Video app for compatible TVs, connected devices including Fire TV, mobile devices, and online at www.amazon.com/primevideo.
