NBC's CHICAGO P.D. Encore Ties 'Code Black Original

An encore telecast of "Chicago P.D." (0.7/2 in 18-49, 3.1 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET): Ties CBS' original "Code Black" in the time slot in adults 18-49, despite facing historic Chicago competition last night from the deciding game of the Cubs-Indians World Series.

Also ties the first-run "Code Black" in adults, men and women 18-34 and outrates it in men 18-49.

A rebroadcast of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (0.8/2 in 18-49, 3.3 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET): Grows +14% versus its first encore of last season (0.8 vs. 0.7 on Dec. 16, 2015), despite last night's historic WORLD SERIES competition.

Builds by +33% in 18-49 on its lead-in from an 8 p.m. "SVU" rebroadcast (0.6/2 in 18-49, 3.0 million viewers overall).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.5/3; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.4/3; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," delayed by a "CMA Awards" overrun.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.5/2; "Late Show," 0.3/1; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," delayed by a "CMA Awards" overrun.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" was delayed by a "CMA Awards" overrun.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 0.9/3 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 0.8/2. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/2 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.2/1.

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/2 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
