NBC Sports to Air NAVY-MARINE CORPS CLASSIC, 11/9

NBC Sports Network's 2012-13 college basketball coverage begins this Friday with a live triple-header. The day is headlined with Georgetown facing No.10 Florida in the Navy–Marine Corps Classic, live from the deck of the USS Bataan in Jacksonville, Fla. at 9 p.m. ET. In the Walmart Carrier Classic women's match-up at 4 p.m. ET, No.7 Notre Dame takes on No.19 Ohio State, live from the deck of the USS Yorktown in Charleston, S.C. The men's game follows at 7 p.m. ET, when No. 4 Ohio State takes on Marquette, who advanced to last year's Sweet 16.

Navy-Marines Corps Classic Georgetown–Florida USS Bataan 9 p.m.Tom Hammond will call the action and manage play-by-play for the Navy-Marine Corps Classic in Jacksonville, Fla. Hammond will be joined by former NBA head coach Stan Van Gundy, who makes his national-television debut as a game analyst. Carolyn Manno will report from both benches.Dave Strader will handle play-by-play for both the men's and women's games in Charleston, N.C. For the women's game, he will be joined by two-time NCAA Women's National Champion (UCONN: 2000, 2002), three-time WNBA Champion (2003, 2006, 2010) and two-time Olympic gold medalist (2004, 2012) Swin Cash. Former New Jersey Nets and UCONN forward Donny Marshall will join Strader as the men's-game analyst. Lewis Johnson will serve as the game reporter for both the women's and men's matchups.
