Madison Wells Media to Rebrand and Rename Company to MWM

Madison Wells Media today announced the rebrand of its company and divisions under one cohesive brand name, MWM. As part of the rebrand, the company will introduce new logos as well as renamed divisions, including MWM Studios (formerly OddLot Entertainment), MWM Immersive (formerly Reality One) and MWM Live (formerly Relevant Theatricals). The move is another step toward realizing the company's vision to become the world's leading bespoke storytelling platform delivering elevated entertainment to consumers worldwide.

Co-founded in 2015 by award-winning producer Gigi Pritzker and Clint Kisker, MWM is a diversified media and entertainment company empowering creators to cross-pollinate content between film, television, live event, digital video and AR/VR in order to grow brands in a more enriching, entertaining and engaging way.

Named one of Fast Company's Top Ten Most Innovative Companies in Hollywood for 2017, MWM has already created and released some of the most ground breaking and critically acclaimed work in film, television, live theatre and immersive, and offers a platform upon which creators can build businesses around their IP. MWM will continue to partner with storytellers to create, produce and distribute best in class content across a range of mediums and provide a creative home for some of the world's most promising creators enabling them develop original concepts that will eventually be fostered and built by the various MWM divisions.

MWM Studios, formerly OddLot Entertainment, is the award-winning film and television division within MWM that develops, produces, finances and distributes high quality commercial properties for a global marketplace. MWM Studios has produced such critically acclaimed projects such as ten-time Emmy nominated Nat Geo series Genius, Academy Award and Golden Globe nominated Hell or High Water, and the 2017 indie comedy Landline which was released in partnership with Amazon Studios earlier this year. Chief Creative Officer Rachel Shane and Chief Operating Officer Adrian Alperovich will continue to oversee MWM Studios.

MWM Live, formerly Relevant Theatricals, is MWM's Tony Award-winning live events division and a leading creator and developer of musicals for Broadway, off-Broadway, broadcast, global touring, cruise and regional productions having produced a variety of critically acclaimed projects including Million Dollar Quartet, the inspiration behind the television series, Sun Records and newly opened Red Roses Green Gold music by Jerry Garcia and Robert Hunter currently playing in New York's Minetta Lane Theater. Credits also include musical comedy Snapshots by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked) and golden-globe winner David Stern (Mozart in the Jungle). MWM Live is focused on building engaged direct relationships with millions of consumers catalyzed by the launch of live events based on well-loved IP. MWM Live will continue to be run by Chief Creative Officer Ted Rawlins and newly appointed Chief Operating Officer David Katz, who joins MWM Live from Viacom and Nickelodeon.

MWM Immersive, formerly Reality One, is the innovative virtual and augmented reality division within MWM that produces, publishes and distributes the highest quality immersive entertainment experiences to a global audience. MWM Immersive is focused on building long term value with direct consumer relationships driven by projects like Jon Favreau's Gnomes & Goblins. Through their exclusive partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment, MWM Immersive will also produce fully immersive content based on SPE's unique intellectual property such as Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Hotel Transylvania. Joining MWM Immersive from Legendary to lead all immersive product is newly appointed executive producer Ethan Stearns who most recently produced the Oscar-winning Carne Y Arena by Alejandro González Iñárritu.
