LIVE WITH KELLY AND MICHAEL Grows for 2nd Straight Week for Season Highs

During the week of December 21, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" scored season highs in Households (3.1 rating-tie), Total Viewers (4.278 million) and Women 25-54 (1.7 rating).

In fact, "LIVE" matched its highest-rated week in Homes with its biggest weekly audience since March and delivered its top-rated week among Women 25-54 since February - since the weeks of 3/2/15 and 2/23/15, respectively. "LIVE" was up for the 2nd-straight week in Households (+3%) and Women 25-54 (+13%), while also growing week to week by 9% in Total Viewers.

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 1 Syndicated talk show in Households (3.1 rating), Total Viewers (4.278 million) and Women 25-54 (1.7 rating).

"LIVE" delivered at least a 3.0 rating in Households on all 4 original telecasts of the week: Monday - 3.1, Tuesday - 3.1, Wednesday - 3.0, Thursday - 3.1.

Please note: Due to the Christmas holiday, "LIVE" was coded as a special on Friday and is excluded from the show's weekly average.

On average for the 2015-16 season to date, "LIVE" beats "Ellen" by double digits in Households (+12% - 2.8 rating vs. 2.5 rating) and leads by 9% in Total Viewers (3.748 million vs. 3.433 million) to stand as the No. 2 Syndicated talk show. "LIVE" also ranks as the season's No. 2 syndie talker in Women 25-54 (1.4 rating-tie).
