Electric Entertainment's hit TV series LEVERAGE will begin a syndication run starting September 15th, announced today by Dean Devlin, CEO of Electric Entertainment. Distributor Trifecta Entertainment & Media has cleared the show in over 95% of the country including the CBS owned stations as their launch group, as well as several stations from the Sinclair and Hearst groups.

Academy Award(R) winner Timothy Hutton stars in this clever and compelling drama, along with Gina Bellman, Christian Kane, Beth Riesgraf and Aldis Hodge. Since premiering in 2008, Leverage has become a fan favorite, with millions of loyal viewers captivated by the show for a solid five season run.

"We have been thrilled and honored by the millions of viewers who have tuned in over the years to be a part of our loyal Leverage fan base," said Executive Producer, Dean Devlin (INDEPENDENCE DAY, TNT's THE LIBRARIAN movie series). "Now through syndication, we look forward to introducing the Leverage high-tech heist team to an even larger audience starting this September."

Leverage follows a team led by former insurance sleuth turned thief, Nate Ford (Hutton). His cohorts include Sophie Devereaux (Bellman), a brilliant grifter; Eliot Spencer (Kane), a retrieval specialist; Alec Hardison (Hodge), a gadget and technology wizard; and Parker (Riesgraf), a slightly off-center thief adept at rappelling off buildings. Together, they try to level the playing field for people whose lives have been destroyed by the rich and powerful.
