FilmTrack Announces Acquisition of RoyaltyZone

FilmTrack, the leading provider of intellectual property and rights management solutions for the media and entertainment industry, announced today it has acquired RoyaltyZone, a leading software provider of licensing and royalties solutions. RoyaltyZone's software service and staff will be integrated with FilmTrack's, providing a more robust end-to-end platform to manage the full spectrum of license agreements, rights, products, and royalties.

The acquisition extends FilmTrack's leadership as a cloud-based SaaS technology company serving the global television, film, digital media, and consumer products licensing industries. RoyaltyZone's easily configurable system perfectly complements FilmTrack's best-in-class rights and content management system. The acquisition brings more than 50 new customers into the FilmTrack family.
