Disney Channel to Air Primetime Episode of JAKE AND THE NEVERLAND PIRATES, 2/13

Deadline.com reports that the beloved Disney character Peter Pan will be making a special appearance on Disney Channel's JAKE AND THE NEVER LAND PIRATES on February 13, 2012.  The primetime special event will mark Peter's first appearance on the animated series.

In the special episode, Peter Pan returns to Pirate Island in an effort to find his lost shadow.  The character of Peter will be voiced by 'Picket Fences' star Adam Wylie. In addition, stars Sharon Osbourne, Josh Duhamel, Jane Kaczmarek and Tiffani Thiessen will lend their voices to other characters on the show.  Joining them will be actors David Arquette, Tori Spelling, Lisa Loeb, Adam West and Ariel Winter. The episode will also include six new songs. 

The second season of JAKE AND THE NEVER LAND PIRATES is set to begin on Monday February 20, 2012.  The animated series airs daily at 8:30 am ET/PT as one of the 'Disney Junior' programs aimed at young viewers between the ages of two and seven.
