Cate Blanchett has the kind of talent that inspires others to deliver their best work, challenges the field to be more fully engaged with women artists and audiences, and propels cinema forward with intelligence and grace."

MoMA's vast film collection includes several films starring Ms. Blanchett, including The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001), The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002), The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003), The Aviator (2004), The Good German (2006), The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012), and The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (2013).
