Deadline.com reports that CBS TV Distribution is in final talks with celebrity chefs Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis to co-host a syndicated talk show which would air in the Fall of 2013. The show is reported to be similar to ABC's 'Live With Regis & Kelly' and will air live on weekdays. Rachel Ray's Shane Farley is set to executive produce.

The show marks the second celebrity-helmed syndicated talk show being developed for 2013. Sony TV recently announced that a show hosted by Queen Latifah and co-produced by Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment is in the works.

Flay and DeLaurentiis, granddaughter of film producer Dino DeLaurentiis, are well-known fixtures on Food Network. Both chefs received recent nominations for Daytime Emmy Awards, Flay for Bobby Flay’s Barbecue Addiction and DeLaurentiis for Giada at Home. The duo currently star as mentors on the current season of Food Network’s 'Next Food Network Star' competition. In addition to his TV career, Flay is a well known New York restaurateur.

CBS TV Distribution has not commented on the report.
