This week, Seth welcomes HOW TO SUCCEED cast members Christopher J. Hanke, Rob Bartlett and Mary Faber.

"Daniel Radcliffe - have you ever spoken to him off-stage? Go!" demanded radio host Seth Rudetsky.

"Who's Daniel Radcliffe?" snapped back quick-witted Rob Bartlett.

Once the bantering subsided, it was evident that Radcliffe's fellow cast members had nothing but the utmost respect for him. "I have to say, Daniel Radcliffe is the nicest, most easy-going guy," contends Christopher Hanke. "What's cool about him is that a lot of movie stars come to Broadway and are just like 'I'm going to do a Broadway play. I'm going to do a musical', and they don't prepare. He worked really, really hard so we really respect him for that."

"This is actually true," agrees Mary Faber. "He's really wonderful and down to earth and wants to hang out." Adds Bartlett, "He showed up the first day of rehearsal completely off-book - all the songs."

The actors shared some of their most memorable theater experiences, including some they would rather forget. Hanke, who played the role of Mark in Broadway's RENT, recalled one unusual performance in particular. "I'm known to be a fantastic improviser," Hanke sarcastically began. "I was singing "La Vie Boheme". I jumped up on the table and I clipped my boot as I was going up and as soon as I landed, the words [to the song] were gone. With a song like that, once you're off, you can't get back on. So I just decided to do a dance retrospective from like the 60's to the 90's. I was doing Roger Rabbit and I was doing The Swim, and I did the 80's Hammer Time. So meanwhile, I was like 'Hey Benny, we're cool, we're poor, we're gonna fight AIDS', manic monologue mixed with dance."

To add to his embarrassment, Hanke's mother was in the audience that evening to witness his unfortunate predicament. Her reaction? "Well, she had had two glasses of Chardonnay that night so she was fine with it!" he exclaimed.
