BTG Hosts Free Reading of B.R.O.K.E.N CODE BIRD S.W.I.T.C.H.I.N.G

Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) and Kate Maguire announce the world premiere, free reading of B.R.O.K.E.N code bird S.W.I.T.C.H.I.N.G by Tara L. Wilson Noth on August 23 at 2pm at The Unicorn Theatre (6 East Street, Stockbridge, MA). It is strongly recommended to reserve your ticket in advance, due to limited seating, by calling the BTG box office at 413-997-4444 or visiting BerkshireTheatreGroup.org.

Before the reading, enjoy a lunch at Jane's Café on The Unicorn Theatre patio, by selecting from salad and sandwiches provided by On A Roll Café.

This event is part of BTG's ongoing series, No Boundaries in Art. Originally a web series featuring artists expressing various points of view and social commentary, the No Boundaries in Art series continues on and off the stage.

A woman is tasked with representing a black teenager accused of murder. In her search for the truth, she is forced to face her own devastating truths about marriage, race and the woman she has chosen to be.

There will be a talkback with playwright, Tara L. Wilson Noth, and director Rayna Campbell, immediately following the reading.

Tara L. Wilson Noth is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, an actress and a Berkshire resident. B.R.O.K.E.N code bird S.W.I.T.C.H.I.N.G is her first play.
