Discovery's critically-acclaimed series MANHUNT: UNABOMBER returns with an all-new episode tomorrow at 10 PM ET/PT with Jane Lynch's first appearance as former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno. Check out a sneak peek below!

In 1995, the Unabomber offers to stop bombing if his Manifesto is published. Fitz puts everything on the line to push for publication, devising a massive operation to uncover the Unabomber's identity.

The Unabomber comes to the FBI with a proposal: If a national periodical will publish his Manifesto in full, he will agree to stop bombing. Ackerman wrestles with this moral dilemma, as he must give Attorney General Janet Reno a recommendation. Fitz pushes for publication, as he believes a friend of the Unabomber will recognize his unique ideology and idiosyncratic writing style. Cole insists that the FBI does not negotiate with terrorists.

Meanwhile, Fitz's wife Ellie visits from Pennsylvania. Fitz has been distracted by his work on the Unabom case and the two of them try to reconnect, with limited success.

When one of the UTF's few active leads in proves to be a dead end, Ackerman challenges Fitz to come up with one more reason to publish the Manifesto which could produce a new lead. Fitz suggests they publish it in the Washington Post, only sold at one location in the Bay Area, and mount a massive sting operation to follow and investigate every person who purchases that issue of the Washington Post. Ackerman presents this plan to Janet Reno, who gives her blessing. The FBI mounts the massive operation, the largest surveillance operation in FBI history. On publication day, Tabby tails a suspect who seemingly matches Fitz's profile. But when that lead, too, is a dead end, Fitz is fired from the UTF and sent home in disgrace. There is a ray of hope, however, as a woman in Paris reads the Manifesto and recognizes something very familiar about it.
