Today Boys Noize (Alexander Ridha) shares his new music video for "What You Want", directed by Patrick Jean, from his critically acclaimed album Out Of The Black. Watch it below!

Boys Noize explains: "This video was designed as a short film narrating the story of an everyday, normal guy moving in a neighborhood where everybody has superpowers. There, he discovers a mysterious cult of superheroes... The idea was to interpret the lyrics "what you want/what you get" as a metaphor of consumerism. It's also a reflection on the concept of normality. In a world where singularity is the norm, is being normal making you the exception? Then, the goal was just to have fun with costumes and visual effects. We wanted to communicate this awkward feeling you have when you're at a costume party, but you're the only one not wearing a costume."

On Boys Noize's third album Out Of The Black, which came out last year via his own label Boysnoize Records, Alexander Ridha returned with his most proud and critically acclaimed album to date. Some stand out tracks on the album are the singles "What You Want", "XTC", "Reality", and Snoop Dogg quoted the album closer "Got It" as "Classic Snoop ishh" sounding.
