On Saturday, May 11 at 8:00pm (doors open 7:30) please join music lovers from across Long Island as LAWN BOYS: A Tribute to Phish headlines the next installment of the Gold Coast Acoustic Café Series, happening several times a year at the Great Neck Arts Center, located at 113 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, NY.
The Lawn Boys are four musicians and Phish fans who are dedicated to spreading the joy and excitement of the live Phish experience. Combining accuracy and musicianship with whimsical performance, the Lawn Boys seek to light up clubs and venues the way Phish did when they played intimate settings. The rich history of Phish's career and the part it played in the Lawn Boys' lives inspires them to recreate the sound, look, and feel of those amazing performances. The Lawn Boys are Darren Rodney - Guitar & Vocals, Brad Weiger - Bass & Vocals, Andrew Mega - Drums & Vocals, and Shoheen Owhady - Keys & Vocals. Opening act is Cavity Search.Admission to this event costs $15 in advance or at the door for General admission at 7:30pm.
