Mikey Mike has dropped his latest track, "Mikey Likes It" exclusively via Billboard today, who calls the singer "a musician on the rise." Listen/Share here: https://mikeymike.lnk.to/MikeyLikesIt

"Mikey Likes It" is the latest release from the refreshingly witty and unconventional storyteller, who's received early backing from industry vets Zane Lowe, Jimmy Iovine, and Rick Rubin. A long run of getting the attention of label A&R's by tricking them into thinking he was a "famous female pornstar, tired of porn and now managing producers," led to Mikey producing on Rihanna's Grammy-winning Unapologetic album. Soon thereafter, he ultimately got his own music in front of Rubin, who insisted on producing his breakout single,"Doin' Me," which has since earned 5 million streams to date and was recently featured in an award-winning Canon commercial in Europe.

Mikey's songs are infectiously original, with starkly raw storylines and shameless verses. "Mikey Likes It" opens with recordings from legendary philosopher Alan Watts before bursting into his infectious tongue-in-cheek verses. Mikey says, "This song is just a long list of earthly things I like. It's just a poke at my own ego and identity. It's also really fun to shout Mikey likes it. It's true, try it for yourself (MIKEY LIKES IT!)." He most recently premiered "Going Charlie" on Zane Lowe's Beats 1, and is currently bringing his animated live show across North America on a 40+ date tour with Yelawolf.
