There is no denying that Meek Mill is one of the hottest rappers in Hip Hop today. After a meteoric rise rarely seen in music, he has safely secured his spot on the top, being heralded as one of the brightest stars Hip Hop has seen in decades. What makes it all the more impressive is that it isn't just hype. "Dreams and Nightmares," his first solo project with his label Maybach Music/Warner Music Group, was met with critical acclaim, landing Mill the #2 position on the Billboard charts, selling over 350,000 copies to date, solidifying his place amongst his peers. The release, which dropped in October 2012, featured fellow artists: Mary J Blige, 2 Chainz, Nas and members of his Maybach family to name a few. The next single, "Believe It," featuring label boss Rick Ross, already making waves at radio, with a video soon to follow. In addition, he's also gearing up to release more music for fans via an independent route in the near future.
