Kyle Frederick & Emmylou Harris Collaborate On EVENTIDE Remix

With the help of Emmylou Harris inimitable voice, producer Byron House has remixed the song, "Eventide." Initially released in 2016 on Kyle Frederick's second solo album under a partnership with Doug Howard's Vandermont Music Group.

"Beautifully-crafted songs played with the kind of confidence that makes them seem effortless. Most of the tracks are acoustic-based, which helps display Frederick's nimble guitar work-He tackles some tough questions with these songs in a personal, meaningful, and memorable way...This is an impressive record."

Peter Bryant, NPR

The 'Eventide' remix is an acoustic-based version of the original that focused on the vocal performances. Also included as part of the digital-only release is a remix of the song, "God And Horses," that features the vocals of John Cowan and Heidi Gluck.

In addition to producing and mixing, Byron House plays bass on both tracks - his son Truman plays percussion on the 'Eventide' remix. Kyle Frederick sings lead and plays guitar.

Earlier this year, Frederick released his third solo record, Already November.

See Kyle perform live on October 27 at Douglas Corner in Nashville and on November 10 at La Gala in Bowling Green, KY.
