The Independent Music Awards, IMAS, is platform created to help exceptional independent artists get the opportunities they need and deserve. It's a prestigious honor and most coveted peer-recognition symbol of distinction in the indie music scene. The winners of this year's awards will be announced at the 15th Annual IMAS ceremony on Saturday November 12th at the David Rubenstein Atrium in Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. "To be heard in a jury committee made up of amazing and respected artists like Tom Waits, Dido, Suzanne Vega, Robert Glasper, Alejandro Sanz and others and for my album, BARONESA, been chosen between thousands of submissions is truly a gift," says Cristina and adds "Moreover, be running in the same category as Macy Gray is awesome. I used to listen to her everyday back in the 90's when I lived in Galapagos. I totally dig her!"Amazon: http://bit.ly/Baronesa_mp3
