Gibson Unveils Gibson Experience, Artist Collaborations Ahead Of Summer NAMM
In 2019, after more than a century, artists, players and fans are experiencing Gibson, the all American-made instrument brand, rejuvenated. Gibson announced today, July 10 it will unveil multiple experiences at SUMMER NAMM 2019 next week in the brand's hometown of Nashville, TN. Gibson will showcase new collections, artist collaborations, exciting new gear and accessories, as well as brand-new programs for musicians worldwide at SUMMER NAMM.
The Gibson, SUMMER NAMM 2019 experience will feature daily events from artist performances and appearances, Q&A's and new product debuts at the Gibson booth (Booth #623, daily, 10am-6pm). Gibson events will start with a special announcement and media tour at the Gibson USA Factory on Wednesday, July 17 (2-4pm). On Thursday, July 18, Gibson's SUMMER NAMM Events will kick off with a media preview and luncheon from 12-1pm at Music City Center (201 5th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203). Thursday night, Gibson will launch an opening night party at Wildhorse Saloon (120 2nd Ave N, Nashville, TN 37201) with live performances from Jason Isbell, Nathaniel Rateliff, Jim James (My Morning Jacket), Lee Roy Parnell, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Temecula Road, Honey County, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Travis Denning, Parmalee, Cassadee Pope and many more. VIP Tours of the Gibson USA Factory are available for media on Thursday (July 18) and Friday (July 19) from 9:00am-3:00pm.

The newly released Gibson Original, Modern and Custom Shop Collections will be on display in full. The Gibson Original Collection brings classic design, innovation and authenticity back into the hands of Gibson fans. The Gibson Original Collectionincludes the Les Paul Standard 50's, Les Paul Standard 60's, Les Paul Special in TV Yellow, Les Paul Junior in Tobacco Burst, the SG 61 Standard with factory stop-tail,Maestro and Sideways vibrolas, SG Special and Junior, the classic ES-335 Figured and DOT, Firebird, Flying V and Explorer, the J-45 and Hummingbird as well as, the J-200.

Gibson has again teamed with the Nine-time GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter and musician Sheryl Crow to create the Sheryl Crow Country Western Supreme acoustic guitar. The Sheryl Crow Country Western Supreme will be available worldwide this Fall 2019 to coincide with the release of her new album Threads, out August 30th. Gibson will also launch the Brian Ray SG Jr from the Custom Shop, as well as the Vivian Campbell Holy Diver Les Paul from Epiphone.
