Multiple Grammy award-winner Delbert McClinton and Self-Made Men will be performing at Daryl's House in Pawling, New York on Sunday, March 19th at 7:00 p.m. McClinton is touring in support of his recently released album Prick Of The Litter. Press has praised McClinton for his proficiency across genres includingRolling Stone Country, Billboard, Texas Monthly and more. Mother Jones said, "Prick of the Litter stands with McClinton's best work, mixing rowdy blues, down-home country, and tender ballads with his typical swaggering good humor." The revered artist's vocals shine throughout with the Associated Press saying, "he gets there with a singing style more sassy than silky and without abandoning the eclectic assortment of influences he's absorbed over the years." No Depression shared more insight into McClinton's impressive stylings and his love for Nat King Cole and Johnny Mercer, HERE.

Performing to sold-out shows across the country, McClinton and his working band, Self-Made Men have an undeniable chemistry. No Depression calls them, "...a horn-heavy troupe that could be as funky as a honky-tonk road band one minute, play deep dish soul the next, and then tear the house down with a bigfoot blues stomp." According to McClinton, the group of highly-skilled musicians is the best band he's ever had and includes; Bob Britt (guitar), Kevin McKendree (keyboards), Mike Joyce (bass), Jack Bruno (drums) and Quentin Ware (trumpet).

McClinton is a master among Texas music aficionados, rock artists (he gave harp lessons to a young John Lennon), blues experts, and critics alike. With Prick Of The Litter, he remains highly-regarded for the longevity of his career and the ability to showcase his diverse and wide musical palette. Prick Of The Litterwas co-produced by McClinton, McKendree and Britt who also jointly contributed to co-writing over half of the new songs on the album.
