CBSNews.com reports that four Chris Brown concerts scheduled to take place in Canada this summer have been cancelled. According to Stephen Tobin, owner of Drop Entertainment Group, the announcement was made as a result of some personal and health-related issues plaguing the troubled R&B star.

On Friday, the singer's probation was reinstated after he was involved in an alleged hit-and-run accident. He recently reached a civil compromise with the car's driver. The judge also mandated that the star perform 1,000 hours of community labor including removing graffiti and cleaning up highway debris.

Brown's legal problems began in 2009 when he was arrested for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna. At the time he was placed on probation.
