Roy Thomson Hall will present the return of one of the biggest-selling American instrumental artists working today, Grammy Award-winning trumpeter and composer Chris Botti on Saturday, March 18 at 8pm at Roy Thomson Hall.

Botti's Signature Sound transcends the worlds of pop, jazz and classical music. He's worked with performers from across all genres, including Andrea Bocelli, Paul Simon, Yo-Yo Ma, Herbie Hancock, Mark Knopfler, Barbra Streisand and, in a career altering partnership, was featured in Sting's band in the late '90s. Since the release of his 2004 critically acclaimed album When I Fall In Love, he has released four #1 jazz albums and has amassed a spectacular variety of honours, including multiple Gold and Platinum albums and a Grammy Award for his most recent, Impressions (2012), an album which cemented his reputation as one of the most innovative figures of the contemporary music world.
