Artist Matt Fax Releases 'Close 2 U' feat. Mike Schmid

Matt Fax is back on Enhanced Music sub label Colorize for his new single 'Close 2 U', which has an infectious Pop vibe layered with his preferred Progressive House roots. The cool vocals of Mike Schmid ride over a pulsating Electro synth, which gives Matt's 2nd single release from his debut album, bucket loads of energy to pour onto dancefloors worldwide. On the breakdown the drums are lowered to enhance the siren-like sounds of the synth, which will start to run through your veins as the arrangement builds up into a euphoric drop - a must have anthem for any DJ's record box.

In the span of a 7-year career, and despite starting off at such a young age, Matt has gained himself a solid reputation within the Progressive House sphere with his ever-growing catalogue of releases. Not many teenagers can say that have had releases on respectable labels such as: Anjunabeats, Armada Music, Enhanced Music, Silk Music, Macarize and many more. With the dance music press and his peers dubbing him as 'the son of Eric Prydz', Matt's hard work and dedication to the studio is certainly paying off. The multi-talented production wizard has clearly taken inspiration from icons including deadmau5 with his infectious Progressive synth melodies and driving basslines, which always delivers fantastic results.
