"American Murder Song", the musical act comprised of Saar Hendelman and Terrance Zdunich, is releasing a new album, "The Killing Place" on November 13th on iTunes, Spotify, and their own website featuring a collection of songs that explore America's gristly history of bloodshed throughout the ages.

The act is best known for their collaboration on macabre musical THE DEVIL'S CARNIVAL starring Paul Sorvino and Adam Pascal, and Zdunich for his widely beloved horror hit REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA starring Paris Hilton and Sarah Brightman. Their newest album will include new original songs as well as covers of more updated murder ballads, including Foster the People's "Pumped Up Kicks" and the Killers' "Jenny Was a Friend of Mine."

The album is a follow up to their first two installments: "Murder Ballads of 1816" and "The Donner Party." "The Killing Place" continues the story of a tongue in cheek acknowledgement of America's enduring fascination with dark deeds.

The album will be available on iTunes, Spotify, and the website starting November 13th. American Murder Song...it's Music, Blood, & History, darlin.'
