At this year's annual Vulture Festival held on Saturday, UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT star and Broadway alum Tituss Burgess performed a classic tune from Disney's THE LITTLE MERMAID and threw his hat in the ring to take on the villainous role of Ursula in ABC's just-announced two-hour live musical presentation.

According to the New York Post, after his stunning performance of "Poor Unfortunate Souls", the talented star commented, "Maybe they'll get their act together and put me in that movie!" Watch the video!

Burgess has appeared in four Broadway musicals, including GUYS AND DOLLS, THE LITTLE MERMAID, JERSEY BOYS and GOOD VIBRATIONS. He is perhaps best known for for his role as Titus Andromedon in the Netflix original series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, for which he received nominations for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series in 2015 and 2016.

Don't miss Burgess and his 'Kimmy Schmidt' co-star Jane Krakowski covering the iconic Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand duet, "Get Happy"/"Happy Days Are Here Again" here!
