Wallflower (235 West 12th Street) Scarlet Letter by Head Bartender Xavier Herit (Daniel, Experimental Cocktail Club): Aperol, Blood Orange Cordial, Maraschino Cherry and Sparkling Wine.

The Eddy (342 East 6th Street) 7th Regiment Punch: Armagnac, Sherry, Raspberry, Citrus Sherbert, Spices, The Bon Vivants Companion 1862.

The Garret East (206 Avenue A) Sunshine Special Punch for 2 (or 1) by Beverage Director Grant Wheeler: Two James Johnny Smoking Gun Whiskey, Pineapple, Sage, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, Lime, Hite Beer and Angostura.

The Grey Lady (77 Delancey Street) Winter Crisp by Head Bartender Michael Belasco: Bourbon, Lime Juice, Cinnamon Infused Applejack, Averna Amaro, Maple Solution, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Angostura, Rekorderlig Pear Cider.

Beatrice Inn (285 West 12th Street) The Nantucket: Made Real Vodka, lemon juice, Filthy Cherries, cherry syrup and mint, topped with soda.
