Winthrop Playmakers Stages ALICE IN WONDERLAND, Now thru 3/2
Be a part of something different and join the Winthrop Playmakers as they continue their milestone 75th season with their upcoming production of Alice in Wonderland, directed by Nathan Fogg, with music direction by Joseph Nuccio and choreographed by Jason Hair-Wynn.
The classic 1951 animated Disney film, based on Lewis Caroll's novels The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, comes to life onstage in this exciting adaptation. Join Alice as she travels down the rabbit hole as she chases the White Rabbit, races the Dodo Bird, gets tied up with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, raps with a bubble-blowing Caterpillar, and beats the Queen of Hearts at her own game! Featuring such classic songs as "I'm Late" and "The Un-Birthday Song," as well as new additions, Alice in Wonderland is a must-see for the entire family.
Alice in Wonderland stars a cast that includes Heather Buccini as Alice, Anthony Mullen as the Mad Hatter, Becky Rush as the Queen of Hearts, Patrick Harris as the White Rabbit, and an ensemble featuring Billy Thompson, Lucy Girard, Molly Girard, Christine Alcinder, Lauren Amaru, Victoria Rotondo, Kalyn Ferguson, Suze Ferguson, Christian Webster, Anthony Internicolla, Melissa McNeil, Michael Andree, Emma Rotondo, Kaylyn Barry, Kara Gianelli, Brianna McLean, and Mark Damon.
