Theater Offensive's 'ClimACTS UNDER A BIG TOP' Set For 4/28
Celebrating their 20th Anniversary of innovative programming, The Theater Offensive's annual benefit gala is set for Tuesday April 28, 2009 at 7:30pm. The acclaimed "party of the year" will be more fun than ever because this year's theme is "climACTS Under A Big Top!"
The event will be held in the Big Apple Circus Tent, City Hall Plaza, Boston and The Ringmaster for this special evening will be Amanda Palmer of the Dresden Dolls..
Highlights will include exotic food and beverages, go-go boys and girls, a performance by acrobatic juggling duo The LaSalle Brothers and tightwire performer Sarah Schwartz and the one-of-a-kind "LIVE" auction (African Safari, Red Sox/Yankees ticket package, tickets to sold-out concerts and "the Fluffer package" ).
Organized by co-chairs Joan Parker, Tony Corey, Liz Page, Harry Collings, Richard Giglio and Donald Vaughan with Honorary Co-Chair Mayor Thomas M. and Angela Menino. Tickets are $175 per person and available at 866-811-4111 or www.theatermania.com.
