Join us as we bring kids ages 7 through 17 together on stage for a truly family-oriented theatrical experience for all ages. Disney's Mary Poppins brings all the beloved characters you know from the book and film to life on stage.

This production brings together the creative team of Director Meg Dussault (Sharon, MA), Choreographer Anna Pietal (Sharon, MA), Music Director Linda Barbieri (Attleboro, MA), Orchestral Director, Esther Zabinski (Providence, RI).

One of the most popular Disney movies of all time is capturing hearts in a whole new way: as a practically perfect musical! Based on the books by P.L. Travers and the classic Walt Disney film, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins delighted Broadway audiences for over 2,500 performances and received nominations for nine Olivier and seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

The jack-of-all trades, Bert (Cate Lightbody - Walpole, MA), introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane (Samantha Grosshandler - Sharon, MA) and Michael (Noah Smith - Franklin) have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins (Shauna Brosky - South Dartmouth, MA) arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many magical and memorable adventures, but Jane and Michael aren't the only ones upon whom she has a profound effect. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that "Anything can happen if you let it."

Performances are Friday, November 17th at 7:30pm, Saturday, November 18th at 2:00pm and 7:30pm and Sunday, November 19th at 2:00pm at the Orpheum Theatre, One School Street, Foxboro, MA. Pre-Sale Tickets are $22 for Adults and $17 for Students and Seniors and may be purchased by calling (800) 838-3006 or on line at ow.ly/HncO30f4YN1. Tickets purchased at the door are $25 for Adults and $20 for Students and Seniors. For Un-Common Members, groups of 10 or larger, or handicapped seating, email info@uncommontheatre.org.
