The New England Center for the Performing Arts Announces Its First Annual Benefit Golf Tournament 9/24
The New England Center for the Performing Arts announces its first annual benefit golf tournament to be held on September 24, 2009 at The New England Country Club in Bellingham, MA. Beginning with a shotgun start at 10 am, the golf tournament will include practice range, carts, golf, dinner and prizes.
"Registration is open to the general public" comments Alan Mercer, Direct of Advancement for the New England Center for the Performing Arts, "and we still have room for additional foursomes and single registrations. We hope for 27 foursomes in total for a comfortable pace of play. We anticipate this will be a terrific event".
The New England Center for the Performing Arts is currently engaged in a capital campaign to build a new state-of-the-art performing arts education and presentation facility on Route 140 in Franklin. "Proceeds from the tournament will help continue the momentum of fundraising efforts in order to bring our project to fruition", says Mercer.
