From "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'" to "Some Enchanted Evening," A Grand Night for Singing is an intimate Broadway revue featuring over 30 of Rodgers and Hammerstein's greatest hits. A six-piece, on-stage orchestra will accompany a stellar five-member cast through classics from shows such as Carousel, Oklahoma!, The King and I, South Pacific and more. A Grand Night for Singing will run Saturday, Oct 4th at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and Sunday, October 5 at 2 pm. Tickets for A Grand Night for Singing at Reagle Music Theatre range from $35 to $63. "Fans of Rodgers & Hammerstein are in for a treat with A Grand Night for Singing," said Producing Artistic Director Bob Eagle. "This is truly an elegant evening of song and dance. Full of the same Reagle magic audiences have come to expect in our larger Broadway musicals, A Grand Night is a fresh departure with modest staging that truly allows the cast members' talent to shine. "

A Grand Night for Singing is a lively and inventive take on Rodgers & Hammerstein's beloved songs conceived by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie. It will take you on a romantic musical journey with new twists on old favorites: You'll love the sultry Andrews Sisters-esque "I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Out-a My Hair." Find out "How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?," sung by a lovelorn young lad. Take delight in "Shall We Dance?" when it's a comic pas de deux. It doesn't get any grander than this! Music by Richard Rodgers, Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, Music Arrangements by Fred Wells, Conceived by Walter Bobbie. A Grand Night for Singing is presented through special arrangement with R & H Theatricals: www.rnh.com.
