MRT Presents Reading of Jack Kerouac's THE HAUNTED LIFE ImageMerrimack Repertory Theatre will present a developmental reading of Sean Daniels' stage adaptation of Jack Kerouac's The Haunted Life at 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 29, at the Comley-Lane Theatre at UMass Lowell.

Admission to the reading is free, but an RSVP at www.mrt.org is required.

The reading will be directed by Daniels, Artistic Director of MRT and writer of the play The White Chip, and christopher oscar peña, and presented in partnership with the UMass Lowell's Theatre Arts Program and Department of English. For tickets and information, visit www.mrt.org. The production is sponsored by Enterprise Bank with media sponsors WBUR Public Radio, WCAP Radio, and Merrimack Valley Magazine and is produced in collaboration with the Estate of Jack Kerouac.

PlayPenn of Philadelphia and Playwrighting Center of Theatre Emory in Atlanta will host later developmental readings of the play.

Some parking will be available behind the Comley-Lane Theatre, 870 Broadway. Additional parking will be available in the lot on the northeast corner of Broadway and Wilder Streets (entrance on Broadway).
