Laurel Mill Playhouse, located at 508 Main Street in historic Laurel, MD., presents Godspell! Music and lyrics by Stephen and book by John-Michael Scharts. Directed by Michael Hartsfield, musically directed by Charles Hayes, choreographed by Kristin Rigsby and produced by Maureen Rogers, this rock musical opens Saturday, March 28.
Songs include Prepare Ye The Way Of The Lord, Save The People, Day by Day, Learn Your Lessons Well, Bless The Lord, All For The Best, All Good Gifts, Light Of The World, Turn Back O Man, Alas For You, By My Side, We Beseech Thee, On The Willows and Beautiful City.
Produced by special arrangement with Theatre Maximus, performances run weekends through April 19 with Friday and Saturday evening performances at 8 p.m. and three Sunday matinees which will be held on March 29, April 12 and 19 at 2pm. There will be a special Thursday evening performance on April 2 at 8pm.. Tickets are $15 for general admission, $13 for students (18 and under) and seniors (65 and over).
