Cape Rep Theatre to Present LYLE, THE CROCODILE, Opens Today
Cape Rep Theatre will present the terrific family musical, LYLE, THE CROCODILE, based on Bernard Waber's wonderful children's books, including Lyle, Lyle Crocodile. Running at 10 am Wednesdays and Thursdays, today, July 2, through August 28, tickets are $10. In the event of rain, we go indoors! Tickets are general admission and first come, first served as there is no reserved seating. The theatre recommend arriving a half hour before show-time to select your preferred seating. When the Primms move into their home on East 88th Street in New York City, they find a crocodile in their bathtub! Bernard Waber's much loved character from his popular books The House on East 88th Street and Lyle, Lyle Crocodile comes to life in this fun musical at Cape Rep's Outdoor Theater.
Cape Rep's Summer Children's Show Series features professional actors, including Jimmy Sawyer as Lyle, Garrett Almeida as Hector C. Valenti, Chelsey Jo Ristaino and Ari Lew as Mr. and Mrs. Primm, Ryan Rudewicz as Josh, Sarah Jane Robinson as Mrs. Nitpicker and Anthony Teixeira as Mr. Grumps.
