Boston Center for the Arts and Company One Theatre to Present XX PLAYLAB, 3/23
By: Diana Heisroth
Expand on new forms and approaches to new play development with this year's XX PlayLab artists and collaborators. The XX PlayLab is a collaborative program of the Boston Center for the Arts and Company One Theatre, designed to propel the work of female playwrights from development to production. Writers at various stages of their careers receive mentorship, dramaturgical support and advocacy through a process that culminates in an annual festival, positioning new works in context of local and national conversations about the new play sector.
XX PlayLab will take place Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 7:00pm at BCA Plaza Theatre at 539 Tremont St. Boston, MA 02116. The event is free and open to the public.Photo Credit: Boston Center For the Arts
