HomeGrown Theatre is continuing to live up to their name with Every Man Shift (For All the Rest) a new play by local playwrights Chad Shohet and Dakotah Brown. Performances will run Friday August 24th, Saturday August 25th, Saturday August 30th, and Sunday August 31st at the Red Room. Tickets are $5.

A last hurrah backpacking trip goes awry for four friends when a mysterious treasure map surfaces, catapulting them into an adventure chock full of mysterious creatures, powerful magic, and a PBR-swilling mountain woman. The four friends must learn to put their differences aside to make the ultimate sacrifice.

From Chad Shohet and Dakotah Brown, the writers of "RAGNAROK!"(Treefort Music Fest), "The Jabberwocky,"(Idaho Theater for Youth) and "The Man of Felt Flesh"(HomeGrown Theatre) and the playmakers behind "Living Dead in Denmark" by Qui Nguyen, "The Horrific Puppet Affair," and "A Dream Play" (Boise State University, 2009 Kennedy Center ACTF Production), comes this new coming of age tale that blurs the lines between fantasy and reality, low-brow and high-brow, and audience and performance.

Starring Luke Massengill, Dylan Hughes, Chad Ethan Shohet, Dakotah Brown, Anne McDonald, Jaime Nebeker, Svea VanAtter, and Ellen Brisson-Capp.

Directed by Kyle Daniel Barrow, Assistant Directed by Rachel Reisenauer, Stage Managed by Kelsey Glenn, Projection Design by Declan Kempe and Cody Gittings, Sound Design by Luke Massengill,

Prop Design by David Ketchum and Ashley Dowden, Costume Design by Israel Dexter, Choreography by Jaime Nebeker, and Publicity Design by Erin Archambeault.
