Thought Kerry was outstanding in her performance, although a little "shy" towards the audience, she performed at her best in my opinion, perhaps holding back due to the multiple performances she is scheduled to do this forthcoming week.

A special performance by Brian May topped the night too! Everyone loved Kerry and wern't shy to show it!

What did everyone else think?

I REALLY enjoyed it!
The fans didnt scream in wrong places, so it was fine!
The song choice was excellent!
I was stood and my feet got abit sore... but it was still good!

I read the set list on WOS. How anyone can call that the Great British Songbook without being thrown in prison is beyond me. I bet she sounds great but, my Lord, what a sh*t selection.

I thought the song choice was definitely NOT the great british songbook, but the Great Kerry Ellis song book, as she did explain they are all songs she listens to in the car or out walking her dog with the ipod on, and each one suited her!

I can imagine they all suit her voice, but it still looks like a local radio station's afternoon playlist. I hate the abundance of bland, overplayed songs that are in that limbo between current and old hat.

God, if I had to sing songs I walk the dog to, I'd be singing something horrific like Love Fever by the Bay City Rollers or A Million Manias by Marc Almond.

I personally preferred the choice in the first half, the 2nd is jus a list of current over played pop songs!
People say they hate the bond medley, but the very first thing I heard from Kerry Ellis, before Wicked, or WWRY was a dodgy youtube video of her doing a little gig, singing "diamonds are forever" and I sat there and went "WOW!" So for me personally, I was DELIGHTED she did that song!

It surprises me that people hated the Bond medley... I thought that looked like a potential highlight! The Annie Lennox medley baffles me, and the whole Brian May thing is so boring now. Those two just can't leave each other alone.
