So James Bourne is writing a musical based on that smash hit (no.35) album Welcome to Loserville by those Americophile music legends Son of Dork. I may be bitter because I absolutely detest James Bourne and one of the most embarassing experiences of my life involved Son of Dork and me being a gormless and starstruck student, but I still think this whole idea is sh*t. And I bloody bet it's based in America.

It's nothing horrendous. I was just sucked into a signing on my own, with nothing to sign, nobody left, and no way to get out of the bloody shop except to walk past the band themselves. So I mozied past, saying hi (what else could I do?). They all looked at me like I was insane (even the one with that ridiculous white hair) and as I finally got past them, one of them said the word 'twat' and I just know they meant me. And I am inclined to agree with them.
