How is SECOND Balcony seating in the Colonial Theater in Boston? I think I found Spamalot tickets in that area, it does say that you might have a limited view of the stage...how are these seats and are they worth the $35?

I did hear that the theater is small, possibly smaller than the Opera House so if anyone could give me any insight that'd be great!

I've never sat up there, but you are right, the Colonial is a smaller theatre. It is a bit smaller than the Opera House, and it is MUCH smaller than the Wang.

For $35, they are probably OK - like I said, I've never sat there, but the Colonial is not a huge theatre, so I can't imagine they'd be too awful.

In terms of limited view, did they specify? I wonder if you might see some of the tech overhang from the ceiling up there?
