RENT has been on MTI for a long time, and will probably be restricted for a while.

And how do you know they're coming out "soon"?

Speculation is around 2008.

The producers and MTI have said that they won't release the rights in North America until it closes on Broadway. So 2008 is just a shot in the dark at this point.
