screen tested for RENT?? Him and Justin Timberlake as Mark and Roger?? I can't see either of them in those roles... but i will admit I see Justin as more of a Roger than I see Raul as a Mark

Speaking of the *never was* Rent movie casting,I remember hearing that Billy Porter and Orfeh were also strong contenders, as Maureen and Tom Collins respectively. I like the idea of people never having been in the show, being in the movie...well, except for Timberlake, whom I've repeatedly made no bones about intensely disliking.
