It's going to be Lovitz and Martin Short...Lovitz is replacing the originally rumored-to-be-Max Kelsey Grammer. After this, there is a good chance that Richard Dreyfuss will be returning from London to play the part, probably opposite David Schwimmer or Martin Short (if he elects to stay in the role). There is also a rumor that, upon Lovitz's departure, Martin Short will start playing MAX, opposite a Leo yet to be named (I'm hoping for Seth Greene or Dana Carvey). Larry David will NOT, and I repeat, NOT be doing "The Producers" on Broadway.

First....LOVED the Stroman cameo.

Second, I thought when Mel Brooks and Anne Bancroft went the the bar after seeing the show taking a turn for the worse etc. For people who saw the original movie, you know what I mean. It's been mentioned but I thought it was hysterical o I had to mention it again.

it was fuuny! but now i understand why that shows a half hour long. larry gets annoying after awhile. i thought it was funny that mel brooks only put larry in the show cause he secreted hates the producers and wants it to close.
