Sorry I haven't looked at private messages in over 5 years. Five years, it has been a long five years, The worst years in my near 60 year existence. I find comfort in this theater loving thread, it reminds me that the whole country hasn't gone nuts. I sit here in my den in South Florida and plan a trip to NYC for my 30th anniversary, it seems like it has been forever since seeing a show. I usually go to three or four shows when in town and I have been anxious to see the Company revival. Wasn't it in previews? Has anyone in here seen it? My wife will want to see Moulin Rouge, she'll be attending without me. So glad the theaters are open again, any recommendations for my early January visit gladly accepted
Yes, Company was in previews....I'm sure you could look up the threads on the main board about people's thoughts. (It doesn't start previews again until mid-November, if I remember correctly.)
My reccs would be: Company, Funny Girl, Hadestown, Six, Girl from North Country.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
