Hello everyone,

I'm taking a trip to London with a friend and we have an open night and want to see a show.  It is a Monday night, so I don't know what all will be playing, but I am open to suggestions if you have any!  Right now we are leaning towards Evita, just because neither of us have seen it and it is a classic.

Thoughts? And thanks in advance :)

The Ferryman. Saw this in July. Gripping drama about a family with prior ties to the IRA. Fantastic cast. Great staging. Long show 3-31/2 hours but worth it. A few difficulties with the brogue, but thoroughly understandable. Don't read Jez Butterworths book before hand or it will spoil the play. If you like twists and turns and don't mind a long drama with many ( and I mean many characters), this is for you. If you want a popcorn musical- go see something else.

When are you coming to London exactly? I'd second The Ferryman, and it's a good production of Evita too. Plays, musicals, any preferences?:)
