Hadley played Jamie in a production in Aspen several years ago. I think he's pretty much "back in the UK" these days although I guess you could never say never.

Alex Gaumond is a bit bland for my liking (amazing singer, though).

Leslie Kritzer would be phenomenal.

Leslie Kritzer has no emotional depth whatsoever.
Julie Reiber is always sharp or flat.

I may get slammed for this --- but the person in my mind who is most right for this is Kendra Kassebaum....

Kritzer is in the same position as Laura Benanti. She just looks like one of the girls Jamie would have dated before he met Cathy.

I agree with that, but I think it's crazy to say she has no emotional depth.

Bumping the thread because JRB said on twitter recently that he was in town for two days of auditions.

Anybody have any scoop on who went in?

I assume that if there were any casting buzz, we'd have heard. But curious to hear who might have auditioned.

Am I dumb or cannot I not find the thread discussing this?

Just used a "FLEX PASS" that I bought over the phone last summer to get tickets for April 13th. I bought the flex pass not knowing what I would use it for, and ended up with 2 seats in the center orchestra on a Saturday night for $99. Can't wait to see this, as I very much enjoy the recording with Norbert and Sherie.
