An emsemble role in a Broadway show or lead role on a tour/regional product Feb 22

Like AwesomeDanny said, money is a big factor. Most actors treat their careers like a business. A bigger paycheck with a longer run, thus better benefits, carries a lot of weight. Most actors dream of working on new, exciting, challenging work, but often the safe option financially will win out.

I saw the show during previews, and it's amazing! The local actors are just as strong as the NYC talent. The concept is very interesting, and the costumes are gorgeous. I especially love Rapunzel's hair dress. Everyone, go see it!
