William Finn to Host SONGS BY RIDICULOUSLY TALENTED COMPOSERS AND LYRICISTS YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T KNOW, BUT SHOULD... at Barrington Stage Company

Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in Downtown Pittsfield, MA, under the leadership of Artistic Director Julianne Boyd and Managing Director Tristan Wilson, is proud to announce Tony Award-winner William Finn's return to host the popular Songs by Ridiculously Talented Composers and Lyricists You Probably Don't Know, But Should... June 10 and 11 at 8:00pm on the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage (30 Union Street).

Directed by Brandon Ivie, the cast of singers include: Jesse Gage, Demond Green, Sara Kase, Alex Syiek, Sally Wilfert, and Emily Walton. Josh Freilich and Benji Goldsmith are music directors.

Kicking off BSC's Mainstage season will be two-time Tony Award-winning composer/lyricist William Finn and the next generation of talented musical theatre writers in Songs by Ridiculously Talented Composers and Lyricists You Probably Don't Know But Should. This brilliant group of young writers will share some of their newest songs with the help of six extraordinary singers, ridiculously talented in their own right. Mr. Finn walks us through what makes these songs and songwriters stand out! A funny, charming and insightful evening!

ABOUT BARRINGTON STAGE COMPANY:

Barrington Stage Company, a professional award-winning Equity regional theatre located in the heart of the Berkshires, in Pittsfield, MA, was co-founded in 1995 by Artistic Director Julianne Boyd.
