WOB Dinner Theater Hosts New Years Eve Celebration

By:

After an eight year hiatus, in 2009, Way Off Broadway brought back its annual New Year's Eve celebration. The event was such a huge success that there was no question the theatre would have another New Year's Eve celebration for 2010.

The evening's activities will begin at 8:00 p.m. with a full dinner buffet followed by the New Year's Eve 2010 Revue. At midnight, there will be a champagne toast, with a continental breakfast to follow.

The New Year's Eve 2010 Revue is being especially written for this one-time only performance and will bring together some of Way Off Broadway's most familiar faces performing numbers from Broadway shows past and present, as well as other popular favorites from yesterday and today. Appearing in the revue will be Bill Kiska, Sarah Melinda, Shawn Nakia, Kelly Nealon, Jordan Stocksdale, Susan Thornton, and Taylor Whidden.

"Last year, as guests were leaving, they were already asking about purchasing tickets for this year's New Year's Eve," says Justin M. Kiska, Way Off Broadway's President and Managing Director. "Everyone had such a great time last year. This is definitely an annual event we intend to continue on well into the future."

Tickets for the special evening are $80 per person and can be purchased by calling the Box Office at (301) 662-6600. For complete details on the night's activities, those interested can visit www.wayoffbroadway.com.
