Spotlighters Theatre's Young Actors Academy Seeks Instructors

Spotlighters Theatre's Young Actors Academy is looking for After School Theatre instructors.

Spotlighters is seeking up to three individuals as Instructors for our After-School program. We are seeking individuals that want to work with the following ages and workshop topics:

K - 3: Actor's Tool Box - an intro to basic theatre craft and acting

4th-8th: Actor's Tool Box - a slightly more advance program, which also provides intro learning experiences for the novice young actor.

6th-8th: Introduction to Shakespeare for Middle School Actors. A general and brief introduction to the works of William Shakespeare, including his major characters, and archetypes, and his plot lines and devices.

6th-8th: Introduction to Dance for Middle School. An overview of Tap, Ballet, Jazz & Stage Movement for the non-dancer. Provides familiarization with terms and concepts used, and provides confidence in Musical Theatre dance auditions.
